  • Standard Specifications (FP-03)
    The Standard Specifications for Construction of Roads and Bridges on Federal Highway Projects (FP-03) and supplemental specifications have been approved for use on all projects beginning in development after January 2004.

  • Standard Specifications (FP-96)
    The Standard Specifications for Construction of Roads and Bridges on Federal Highway Projects (FP-96) and supplemental specifications are being superseeded by the FP-03. WFLHD will support the FP-96 and supplemental specifications until all projects using the FP-96 have been cycled through the system.
  • FLH Supplements (FP-03)

    • Contains Supplemental specifications to the Standard Specifications for Construction of Roads and Bridges on Federal Highway Projects (FP-03). All specifications have been approved for use by Federal Lands Highway Headquarters.
