Update for February 14, 2008
The summer schedule is now posted on the website. In addition, the February through May calendars were revised to include the Riggins’ community events. There is only one change to the winter schedule . . . . the road will be open, without delays, on President’s Day (Monday, February 18).
To allow fishing enthusiasts access to one of the more popular spots, the road closure starts just above Shorts Bar. There may be minimal delays between the Old Mill site and Shorts Bar, but Shorts Bar is accessible 24-7.
Debco Construction continued with their roadway excavation operation this week. The following photos provide behind-the-scenes views of the crew loading drill holes in preparation for blasting.
