Update for December 1, 2008
* NOTICE *
Starting December 1, 2008, the mid-day road-opening/road closure schedule for the Salmon River Road construction project will now be on Tuesdays 1:00pm to 2:00pm and Thursdays 1:00pm to 2:00pm. This will continue up to the 2009 summer schedule (mid-May).
On Fridays the road-opening time of 4:00pm, as stated in the schedule, is subject to change weekly depending on the Contractor’s operations. We will update the Friday road-opening time as soon as it is known.
For those of you planning on visiting the area to camp, hunt, fish, and/or just to enjoy the area, the Salmon River Road may have changed since your last visit, so please be cautious and patient when traveling through the construction area and abide by the signs placed for your safety, and everyone else’s safety also.
Here is a glance at the first week of December’s updated schedule for the week of December 1st to December 5th showing the Tuesday – Thursday mid-day road opening/closure times

There will be no night “Road Closures” this week: Monday, December 1st through Thursday, December 5th. The road will be open from 5:00pm to 8:00am this week.

There will be a project update meeting held at the Best Western Salmon River Rapids Lodge on Monday, December 1st from 5:30pm to 730Pm.
